Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a resident-focused Housing Manager to provide on-site management across Over 55s housing schemes in the Greater London area. You will act as the primary contact for residents, handle tenancy-related matters and ensure safe, secure living environments.

You will manage building access, respond to emergencies, elevate safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional resident services while covering schemes within the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care and communication with residents.
• Understanding of housing management and safeguarding.
• Calm under pressure; well organized and flexible.
• Good IT skills and ability to use standard software.
• Experience in housing, facilities, or building management preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; basic criminal record clearance.

Requirements

• Ability to travel across the region as required


• Ability to cover other schemes in the area


• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance


• Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered


• Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
