Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Burgess Hill is hiring a LiveSmart Manager to provide a focused management service to residents living in our Over 55s housing schemes. You'll manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors and serve as a key-holder to safeguard communal areas.

As the first point of contact, you will communicate clearly and work with internal teams to deliver services ensuring residents enjoy their homes and facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused housing environments or facilities management.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Flexible and able to stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Working knowledge of housing/building management sector and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors.
• Serve as a key-holder to ensure security of communal areas and facilities.
• Act as first point of contact for residents and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.
• Be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies.
• Organise and prioritise workload with good time management; prefer experience in Facilities Management.

• Salary: £25,179 - £32,203 per annum
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.

You'll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.

As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, and capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.

You must be flexible, calm under pressure and able to deal with emergencies. With excellent time management skills you'll be able to organise and prioritise your own workload, whilst delivering excellent services to our customers.

You’ll preferably have previous experience in Facilities Management and have working knowledge and understanding of the housing/building management sector, with good IT skills on a range of systems to support this.
