DAC Beachcroft LLP in Manchester seeks qualified Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Experienced Paralegals to join the Complex Injury team. You will guide high-value claims with senior support, develop strategy, and ensure robust client service across the national practice.

The role offers opportunities to work on traumatic brain injury, spinal injury and other serious cases, with a view to professional growth within a leading casualty team.

Qualifications

• Experience on Personal Injury, EL/PL or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims or a keen interest in this area of law.
• Strong commercial awareness in legal issues.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively within a national team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior fee earners on complex and high-value claims.
• Devising a clear case strategy and ensuring cases run smoothly.
• Maintain compliance with internal SLAs, KPIs and billing targets.
• Engage with clients and support business development where required.
