DAC Beachcroft is recruiting for a Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer or Experienced Paralegal in Manchester to join the national Catastrophic and Complex Injury Team. The role offers development opportunities alongside experts in high-value claims, including brain and spinal injuries, with both pre-emptive advice and litigation work.

Qualifications

• High level of compliance with firm protocols and procedures.
• Solid legal knowledge relevant to personal injury, EL/PL or complex injury work.
• Able to apply commercial perspectives to legal issues.
• Confident negotiation skills and client-facing professionalism.
• Team-oriented with willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Devise a clear case strategy aligned with client and firm needs.
• Meet internal SLAs, KPIs and billing requirements.
• Provide timely MI and ensure risk and compliance adherence.
• Engage with clients to build rapport and opportunities for business development.
• Support the Client Relationship Partner with relationship management.
