Job summary

DAC Beachcroft in Leeds invites applications from qualified lawyers and experienced paralegals to join our national Catastrophic and Complex Injury Team. This role provides exposure to high-value cases and opportunities to develop under experts led by Liz Jones.

Applicants should have experience in Personal Injury, EL/PL or complex injury claims, with strong client handling and negotiation skills. Flexible working options are available through our Flex Forward scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience on Personal Injury, EL/PL or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims.
• Strong compliance with firm protocols and procedures.
• Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with ability to balance client and firm interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior fee earners and Partners on high-value multi-million-pound claims.
• Devising a clear case strategy and managing workflow to meet client and firm needs.
• Ensure billing, WIP and MI provision meet targets and standards.
• Engage with clients to maximize opportunities and support business development.
