DAC Beachcroft in Belfast is seeking a Paralegal to join the Complex Injury team. You will assist lawyers in running high value personal injury files for insurers and corporates, contributing to investigation and case progression.

The role offers exposure to complex and catastrophic injury matters, with opportunities to develop technical knowledge through training and client interaction within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience dealing with litigated bodily injury claims.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Flexible and able to adapt to rapid change and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional service in the management of claims.
• Comply with internal and external service level agreements.
• Handle confidential information per data security protocols.
• Maintain case management documents and timely reminders.
• Meet individual financial targets and liaise with accounts on billing queries.
• Instruct experts and counsel and progress cases to resolution.
