Job summary

Keoghs is seeking a Litigated Paralegal to join our Complex Injury Team in Southampton. The role offers exposure to large loss and complex injury work including catastrophic and high-value claims from £100k to £5M.

You will support a small team, handle file management, and develop advocacy skills under supervision. Applicants with experience in a paralegal or similar role within a personal injury team and a desire to grow in complex injury claims are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation processes in a paralegal or assistant role.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Good telephone and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic court documents, file and serve documents, diarise court dates.
• Liaise with experts and counsel on CVs, fees and conferences.
• Coordinate with insureds and witnesses for hearings and conferences.
• Maintain case management records including expert summaries and payment records.
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with SRA standards.
