Are you passionate about supporting students through complex and sensitive circumstances? We’re looking for a skilled and committed professional to join our team and coordinate high-quality student casework services within the Academic Continuation Team.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our student experience. You’ll lead or support investigations for a portfolio of student casework including academic appeals, applicant complaints, extenuating circumstances, academic misconduct, and student change of circumstances. You’ll provide expert advice to students, staff, and panels, and contribute to service improvement, training, and policy development.
