Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Complex Case Tenancies Team Leader in Newham to lead a small specialist team within the Income Collection service, driving performance and ensuring legal compliance in complex no-access cases across the housing portfolio.

You will work with legal, safeguarding and tenancy enforcement colleagues, represent the authority in court, and coordinate multi-agency work to secure timely resolutions while delivering excellent frontline services to residents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable management experience in a housing-related field.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy enforcement, and safeguarding.
• Experience representing an authority in court settings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in sensitive situations.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and lead multi-agency collaborations.
