Job summary

We Change Lives is hiring a Complex Care Support Worker for days and nights in Winsford. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents at 3L Chapel, supporting daily living, personal care, medication, activities and overall wellbeing.

Full training is provided and no prior experience is required. We offer permanent contracted hours in a 24-hour care setting, with additional benefits including a welcome bonus and opportunities for funded qualifications.

• Higher Rate: Available once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care

About Chapel House

Chapel House is a warm welcoming 10-bedroom home in Winsford, with a spacious lounge, private garden and sensory room. We provide 24-hour nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, with a person-centred approach that puts each person's needs and wellbeing first.
