Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Support Worker to join our Leicester team at Creative Care | Leicester Complex Care Service. On-site hours are 21–35 per week, with a permanent contract and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The role covers both day and night shifts supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs in their own flats. You will use person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to support individuals safely, with resilience and empathy.

About the service

Creative Care provides a welcoming, adapted supported living environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

Each person receives personalised, 24-hour support in their own flat, with a focus on independence, dignity and quality of life.

About the role

You’ll support individuals with complex needs, including behaviours of concern, using person-centred care and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches.

This is a rewarding but challenging role. You’ll need resilience, confidence and the ability to stay calm under pressure while supporting people safely, compassionately and professionally.
