Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker for days at our residential home in Warrington. Join a warm team supporting up to six people with learning and physical disabilities, including PMLD, with person-centred care.

No experience required—full training and qualifications are provided. UK driving licence is required as driving is part of the role, and the position operates a 27.5 or 29.5 hour rolling rota.

27.5 Hours - 2-Week Rolling Rota

Week 1

• Mon: 4pm-10pm
• Fri: 11am-5pm
• Sat: 8am-8pm
• Sun: 8am-8pm

Week 2

• Wed: 7am-4pm
• Thu: 7am-5pm

29.5 Hours - 2-Week Rolling Rota

Week 1

• Wed: 9am-6pm
• Fri: 1pm-9pm

Week 2

• Mon: 8am-8pm
• Tue: 10am-10pm
• Sat: 7am-4pm
• Sun: 7am-4pm
