Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) in Warrington is hiring a Support Worker for day and night shifts. Location: Padgate - Sankey Area, Warrington. Hours 24–36 per week, permanent contracted hours. You’ll be supported by training on the job, with a focus on compassionate care and resident rights.

You’ll receive £12.71 per hour plus £1.00 night shift uplift, plus a welcoming bonus and other wellbeing benefits. Previous experience isn’t essential.

• Hours: Various Hours available, ranging from 24 to 36 hours per week, including day shifts, night shifts, and waking nights.
• Salary: £12.71 per hour, plus an additional £1.00 per Night shift enhancement.
