Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking an Elderly & Dementia Night Support Worker in Warrington. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care to older people and residents with dementia, ensuring they feel safe, valued and respected daily. You will lead by example, support a team, and help provide the level of care you would want for your own family.

The position is night-oriented and offers a 24-hour contract with a weekend/night rotation. Female applicants only due to the needs of a resident.

At Heathside and The Mews , you'll help older people and people living with dementia feel safe, valued and respected every single day. You'll lead by example, support your team and make sure every resident receives the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

• Hours: 24 Hours per week
• Salary: £12.71 per hour (plus an extra £1 night enhancement )
