We are looking for experienced, caring and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to support a young person with learning disabilities and complex health care needs in Pickering, North Yorkshire.
The role involves providing person-centred support at home, during school transport and in the community.
Responsibilities will include personal care, supporting daily living, medication administration and specialist complex care.
The young person's complex care needs include PEG/gastrostomy care, epilepsy management including VNS and rescue medication, tracheostomy care, ventilation/oxygen, cough assist, suctioning, hoisting and catheter care.
Full complex care training and competency assessments will be provided.
Please note that driving is essential for this role and there is a dog at the property.
