Job summary

NLG in Goole is seeking a dedicated female Support Worker to provide daily monitoring and support for an individual with Epilepsy. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

This role is offered with a 2-week full-time roster and both part-time and full-time options, with comprehensive training provided. Salary is £13 per hour on weekdays and £14 per hour on weekends, plus 12.07% holiday pay; weekly pay is provided.

  • Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources, activities, and social events
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Administer medication and support with clinical procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans .
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

Job description

Location: Whitley DN14 (12 miles from Doncaster, 34 miles from Hessle)
Work Pattern: 2 week full time roster, week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs, Fri.
Employment Type: Part time and full time available.
About this role: If you are new to the health and social care sector, this role is perfect. Our clinical nurses team will provide you will all the training you need.
A female Support Worker is required due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR), you will be responsible for daily monitoring and support for an individual with Epilepsy. You must be a NON Smoker.

Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.

Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!
