Independent Living Solutions Ltd. in Totton seeks two part-time Complex Care Support Workers to join Olivia's care team. Shifts include waking nights and daytime slots, with driving required to access Olivia's home and community activities.

Qualifications

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Satisfactory references from your most recent employer
• Enhanced DBS check (a conviction will not necessarily prevent employment)

Responsibilities

• Assist Olivia with all aspects of care, including moving and handling
• Implement daily care programmes designed by Therapists
• Help with Olivia-related domestic tasks and equipment hygiene
• Support the APPA and family, and coordinate with the Case Manager and therapists
• Assist with PEG feeding and suctioning
• Provide hydrotherapy support and accompany Olivia in the home and community
