Active Care Group is seeking caring Support Workers to assist an adult with complex needs at home in Wickford, Essex. You will help with mobility, daily tasks, and communication, working in a consistent two-person team and following a structured rota.

Role offers flexible zero-hours contracts with regular shifts, paid DBS checks, and induction training. Experience in complex care is valued, and a UK driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is desirable but training can be provided.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a two-person care team.

Responsibilities

• Support one individual with complex needs as part of a two-person care team.
• Assist with daily living and promote independence.
• Provide safe transfers and monitor skin integrity.
• Maintain clear lip-reading communication with the client.
