Independent Community Care Management Limited is recruiting a caring Complex Care Assistant to support a 20-year-old client in a two-to-one care package at her family home. The role emphasizes empathy, safety, and the ability to adapt activities to the client’s needs while maintaining privacy and dignity.

We provide full training and ongoing clinical support, with flexible shifts across weekday and weekend days.

Qualifications

• No complex care experience required; full training and ongoing clinical support provided.
• Comfortable working in a home setting with a pet dog and ability to handle a 2:1 care package.
• Available for both weekday and weekend day shifts.

Responsibilities
