Job summary

Sense is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join our residential team on Monks Dyke Road in Louth, supporting seven people with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss to live fulfilled lives with new experiences, choices, and inclusive opportunities. This is a permanent role with flexible hours available from 7 to 37.5 hours per week, paying £13.00 per hour.

Shift patterns can be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with complex disabilities.
• Able to work independently and reliably.
• Willing to attend training and develop in the role.
• Driving licence desirable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene and medications.
• Help with finances and community outings.
• Support social life and leisure interests for individuals.
