Job summary

Dove House Creswell, part of Elysium Healthcare, is recruiting for experienced Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and related needs in a residential setting near Worksop. You’ll work within a dedicated team to help residents lead more independent, meaningful lives.

Shifts are 12.5 hours, 3–4 days a week, including nights and weekends, with expenses paid for transitional work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Complex Care, Personality Disorder, Mental Health or Learning Disability required.
• Willingness to work 12.5 hour shifts, 3–4 days a week, including nights and weekends.
• DBS disclosure is a requirement before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities, in-home and in the community.
• Complete service user records and provide overall care and support, including personal care as needed.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, resilient approach in a challenging environment.
