Claimont Health is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to assist a client in the Hailsham area. This part-time role focuses on community-based activities and personal development for the client, with occasional school holiday hours. Female only position.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of Mental Health Support experience, hold a UK driving licence with access to a car, and maintain professional boundaries in a home setting while delivering client-centered care.

Complex Care Support Worker - Community - Female Only

Claimont Health is hiring!
We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Learning Disability Support Workers who have worked with a range of mental health conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting children or young adults with learning disabilities, ADHD and ASD, we would like to hear from you.
We have a Client requiring support in the Hailsham area. This is a part time position in Hailsham requiring some additional hours in school holidays.
Hours Available are as follows

• Saturday - 10am - 3pm

You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community-based activities, as part of their personal development and progression.

YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 year or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker
• Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
• Commitment to delivering client specific care.
• Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
