Claimont Health in Lewes, East Sussex seeks experienced Complex Care Support Workers to help clients with ASD and other physical complex care needs engage in community activities and personal development. You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.

This is a part-time role with a high professional standard and flexible, client-focused duties. We offer paid induction and CPD support, with competitive pay at £15 per hour and a commitment to safeguarding the welfare of service

Formación

• Two years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker.
• Ability to support children or young adults with ASD and other physical complex care needs.

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Complex Care Support Workers who have worked with a range of conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting children or young adults with ASD and other physical complex care needs, we would like to hear from you. We have few clients requiring support in the Lewes, East Sussex area. This is apart timeposition. You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community-based activities, as part of their personal development and progression. YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR.

• 2 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
• Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard.
• Commitment to delivering client specific care.
• Adaptable approach to support client and family members.
