Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking a Registered General Nurse (Female only) to support clients in their own homes in the Hove area. The Complex Care Team will work with clients and staff to enable life at home, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and excellent communication in the community.

The role requires complex care experience, leadership in community settings, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Complex care experience essential and required for leading teams in the community.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge at interview.
• You must have the right to work in the UK and be a car driver.

Registered General Nurse - Female only - Community

We are on the lookout for an outstanding Complex Care Nurse to work with our clients and our staff in the community.

The Complex Care Team at Claimont Heath support individuals to live their life to the full in the comfort of their own homes. This position is to support our wonderful clients and our dedicated support teams in Hove.

What we need from you:

• Be caring, empathetic, compassionate and respectful.


• Complex care experience essential, we are seeking a Registered Nurse who has supported clients with complex needs and has experience of leading teams in the community. You will need to demonstrate you


• knowledge and experience at interview.

Alternate Thursday & Friday - 4pm to 9pm

Alternate Sunday - 7am to 3pm

YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND MUST BE A CAR DRIVER
