Job summary

Bluebird Care Mid & West Cornwall is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker to join a small team in Camborne, supporting a young lady at home. This permanent 24-hour-per-week role includes 2:1 daytime support and 1:1 sleep-in nights, with induction and specialist training provided.

You will help with personal care, PEG feeding, community activities, and meticulous care planning, in a consistent team environment that values safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in care, especially complex care or learning disability support.
• PEG feeding experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Support personal care, practical tasks and emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with PEG feeding.
• Help the client access the community with 2:1 daytime support and 1:1 sleep-in nights.
• Follow care plan closely and keep accurate records.
• Promote safety, independence and daily choice.
