Job summary

Radis Community Care in Shrewsbury is seeking dedicated Complex Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with complex needs, building trusted relationships and providing compassionate, person-centred care on day shifts.

Training is provided, including medication support and care certificate development. We offer flexible full- or part-time hours with a commitment to developing staff through continuous training and career progression.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people we support and their families.
• Assist with non-verbal individuals to help them live full lives, including personal care.
• Assist with medication under supervision and follow care plans.

About the role

The role of a Complex Support Worker is extremely rewarding, and, on each shift, you will make a positive difference.

We are looking for complex care staff that can build positive relationships with a range of people we support and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

Specific training will be provided. You will assist with the people we support who may be non-verbal and need assistance living a full life with your support. This will also include both Male and Female Personal Care, along with medication. A Registered Nurse will support competency assessment and ongoing supervision.
