Radis Community Care is hiring a Complex Care & Support Worker in Shrewsbury. This role supports people with complex care needs, including non-verbal individuals, and involves assisting with personal care and medication under nurse supervision.

Full training is provided, and there are opportunities for career progression. Shifts run 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday with both full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training given.
• Demonstrates kindness, compassion and respect in care settings.
• Able to work shifts including early/late and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people in complex care with daily living tasks.
• Assist with personal care and medication as needed.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families; work under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
