Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Cardiff, Wales, is hiring a female Complex Care Support Worker to join a client with cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, PEG feeding and behaviours that challenge.

You will provide daily living support, monitor condition, assist with hygiene and mobility, administer medication, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Full or part-time hours available across day and sleeping night shifts.

Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!

Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We're offering an exciting opportunity for female support workers to work alongside our client with complex needs in Cardiff, Wales.

Pay:
Days - £15.92per hour weekdays, £16.72 per hour weekends.
Nights - Sleeping night shift hourly rate, plus additional waking hourly rate for beginning of shift - £16.72 per hour weekdays, £17.51 per hour weekends.

Hours: Full/part time hours available. Days - 7am-7pm, sleeping nights - 7pm-7am - 7 days per week.

About the Role

You'll be supporting a young adult (female) who has complex needs including cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, PEG feeding and behaviours that challenge. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

You'll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.
