Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Loughborough, Leicestershire, is seeking a Female Complex Care Support Worker to provide person-centred care to a lady in her 30s living at home. The role involves practical and emotional support, daily routines, medication administration, and community activities, under the Equality Act 2010 occupational requirement provisions.

Bank shifts are available, with a 12-hour day pattern (09:30–21:30) Monday to Friday.

Are you passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to a lady in her 30s living in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with one individual, helping her achieve her goals, enjoy her hobbies, and maintain an active social life while receiving the specialist support she needs.

About the Role

You will be supporting a friendly and sociable lady who lives with her husband in an adapted bungalow. Following a brain injury, she has complex clinical needs including:

• Right-sided paralysis
• Neuropathic pain
• Sensitivity to touch
• Risk of seizures

She enjoys creativity, music, crafting projects, and spending time in the community, including visits to the park, zoo, cinema, theatre, and ballet. Your role will involve providing both practical and emotional support, enabling her to enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining her comfort, dignity, and independence.
