Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to assist a gentleman in Devizes with spinal injury and complex healthcare needs. You will join a 24‑hour care team delivering person‑centred care in his home, supporting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
The role encompasses daily and overnight support, personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration and close coordination with healthcare professionals and family.

Libertatem is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in Devizes, Wiltshire, supporting a gentleman in his 40s living with the effects of an acquired spinal injury and complex healthcare needs.
This is an opportunity to build a meaningful long‑term relationship while delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Our client lives independently in his own home with the support of a 24‑hour care team and his much‑loved dog.
He enjoys a wide range of interests, including:
Motorbikes and mechanics
Carpentry and practical projects
Watching television and relaxing at home
You’ll play a vital role in supporting him both physically and emotionally, helping him continue to enjoy the hobbies and lifestyle that matter most to him.
You will support a client with complex clinical needs, including:
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you’ll provide specialist support while promoting independence, comfort, and choice in everyday life.
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will:
Support daily and overnight routines
Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming
Provide mobility support, including the use of hoists and specialist equipment
Administer medication and monitor health conditions
Monitor and report any changes in condition or wellbeing
Provide emotional support, encouragement, and companionship
Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members
Support the client to participate in activities and interests they enjoy
We’re looking for caring and reliable individuals who have:
Experience supporting adults with complex care needs
Experience with spinal injury care, tracheostomy care, epilepsy, neurological conditions, or rehabilitation support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A flexible and committed attitude
Confidence building positive relationships with clients and their families
