Libertatem Healthcare Group in Leicestershire is seeking a female Complex Care Support Worker for a bank role in Loughborough. You will support a lady in her 30s with a brain injury, providing person-centred care, mobility support, and companionship in her adapted home.

The role focuses on independence, dignity and daily living activities, with shifts 09:30–21:30 on weekdays. Applicants must be female under Equality Act provisions and have experience in complex care and excellent communication.

Complex Care Support Worker (Female) Bank – Loughborough, Leicestershire

Pay Rate: £15.14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday Bank 09:30–21:30 (12-hour shifts)

Are you passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to a lady in her 30s living in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with one individual, helping her achieve her goals, enjoy her hobbies, and maintain an active social life while receiving the specialist support she needs.

About the Role

You will be supporting a friendly and sociable lady who lives with her husband in an adapted bungalow. Following a brain injury, she has complex clinical needs including:

• Right-sided paralysis
• Neuropathic pain
• Sensitivity to touch
• Risk of seizures

She enjoys creativity, music, crafting projects, and spending time in the community, including visits to the park, zoo, cinema, theatre, and ballet. Your role will involve providing both practical and emotional support, enabling her to enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining her comfort, dignity, and independence.
