Job summary

Clover Care Group is growing across Norwich and we're looking to build a strong bank of experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of new and existing packages.

We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not.

Qualifications

• Solid background in complex care.
• Previous professional complex-care experience is essential.
• Confident, compassionate care professional with experience supporting clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support 1:1 and 2:1 packages with both hourly and live-in opportunities.
• Provide complex-care competencies as required per package, with training provided.
• Adhere to recruitment, safeguarding and compliance checks.

£16ph Days | £18ph Nights & Weekends | £135-£145 per day Live-In

Experienced Complex Care Workers Wanted

Clover Care Group is growing across Norwich and we're looking to build a strong bank of experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of new and existing packages.

We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not.

Previous professional complex-care experience is essential. We're looking for confident, compassionate care professionals with experience supporting clients with complex needs.

Depending on the package, competencies may include:

• PEG feeding
• Medication administration
• Catheter care
• Epilepsy & seizure management
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation & oxygen therapy
• Suction
• Challenging behaviour
• Learning Disabilties
• Moving & handling
• Personal care

You don't need to have every competency listed. Training and competency assessments will be provided as part of your induction and for package-specific requirements, but applicants must already have a solid background in complex care.
