Job summary

Clover Care is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across multiple care packages in Suffolk. We provide personalised care within clients' own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, community or complex-care experience.
• Confident working independently within a client's home.
• Compassionate, reliable and attentive.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow clinical instructions.
• Willingness to complete package-specific training and competency assessments.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one care within a client's home.
• Supporting personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition.
• Medication support within your assessed competencies.
• Following care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
• Communicating with families and healthcare professionals.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
