Job summary

Clover Care Group is expanding its team of Complex Care Workers in Reading and surrounding areas. We offer a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with day, night and weekend shifts, plus Live-In opportunities. Previous complex-care experience is essential, and training will be provided to support package-specific needs.

We value confident, compassionate care professionals who can work across varied packages and complex conditions. Drivers are preferred for access to some packages.

Qualifications

• Previous professional complex-care experience is essential.
• Training and competency assessments will be provided as part of your induction and for package-specific requirements, but applicants must already have a solid background in complex care.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex care to clients with specialized needs.
• Administer medications and manage PEG feeding where required.
• Monitor client condition and respond to changes promptly.
• Assist with moving, handling and personal care as per care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and follow individualized care plans.

Complex Care Worker

£16ph Days | £18ph Nights & Weekends | £135-£145 per day Live-In

Location: Reading, Norwich

Clover Care Group is growing across Reading and we're looking to build a strong bank of experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of new and existing packages.

We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not.

Previous professional complex-care experience is essential. We're looking for confident, compassionate care professionals with experience supporting clients with complex needs.
