Job summary

Clover Care Group is expanding its complex care services in Reading and seeks experienced Complex Care Workers for varied 1:1 and 2:1 packages, including live-in opportunities. Roles require solid complex-care background and compassionate, confident caregiving for clients with diverse needs.

We offer training, ongoing development, and flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends. Drivers preferred for package accessibility.

£16ph Days | £18ph Nights & Weekends | £135-£145 per day Live-In

Experienced Complex Care Workers Wanted Reading

Clover Care Group is growing across Reading and we're looking to build a strong bank of experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of new and existing packages.

We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not.

Previous professional complex-care experience is essential. We're looking for confident, compassionate care professionals with experience supporting clients with complex needs.

You don't need to have every competency listed. Training and competency assessments will be provided as part of your induction and for package-specific requirements, but applicants must already have a solid background in complex care.
