Job summary

Clover Care is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across multiple care packages in the Norwich area. We provide personalised care within clients’ own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible.

Day shifts, waking nights and longer shifts are available. Your responsibilities may include: Providing one-to-one care within a client’s home, supporting personal care, mobility and daily activities,

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, community or complex-care settings.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Visa sponsorship not offered; applicant must have permission to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care within the client’s home.
• Support personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes in condition.
• Provide medication support within your competencies.
• Follow care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance.
• Maintain accurate care records.
