Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children in the community.

You will work with a supportive team delivering essential clinical tasks such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilator management, while promoting independence at home.

Essential criteria include 12 months' complex care experience, excellent communication, a valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 12 months of complex care experience (adults or children).
• Competency in clinical skills: tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator management.
• Confidence using digital care planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, resilient attitude.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality complex clinical care and daily support.
• Collaborating with families, carers and MDTs to ensure safe care.
• Maintaining digital care plans, risk assessments and incident reports.
