Qualifications

• Experience in business development, commissioning, or commercial management within UK healthcare (complex care, homecare, or supported living).
• Deep understanding of the CQC regulatory framework and its impact on service delivery.
• Established connections with NHS ICBs, local authorities, or private case managers in London/Home Counties are advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with tendering, contract negotiations, and pricing for care packages.
• Passion for improving outcomes for individuals with complex care needs while balancing quality and growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new complex care opportunities across NHS ICBs, Local Authorities, Court of Protection Deputies, and private pay clients.
• Build and maintain partnerships with commissioners, case managers, and discharge teams across London hospitals and care networks.
• Lead bids, tenders, and framework applications with competitive pricing while ensuring clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to align service capability with market demand for high-acuity packages.
• Monitor market trends, tariff structures, and competitive landscape to keep offerings compliant and attractive.
