Job summary

Dove House in Creswell near Worksop is recruiting a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant. You will work with individuals who have Learning Disabilities, Autism and related needs, using your skills to help them lead valued, independent lives through community engagement and social networks.

The role demands experience in Complex Care, Personality Disorder, Mental Health or Learning Disabilities, and a positive, compassionate, vigilant attitude to support recovery and daily living activities.

Qualifications

Exclusive for Complex Care, Personality Disorder, Mental Health or Learning Disability experience.
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism preferred.
Positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are essential.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with activities of daily living and community activities.
Complete service user records and provide overall care.
Assist with personal care when required.
Work within a 12.5-hour shift pattern across 3–4 days, including nights and weekends.
