Job summary

Secure Healthcare Solutions in Glossop is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to deliver in-home complex care services. The role covers day shifts with a 2-week rolling rota, including weekends, and an immediate start for suitable candidates with care experience.

The successful applicant will provide personal care, clinical support under the clinical lead, and nutrition/medication assistance while promoting the service user's independence. Benefits include training and career progression.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months complex care experience.
• Flexibility to work day shifts and rolling rota.
• Ability to support adults and children in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide personal care to service users.
• Provide clinical support as directed by the clinical lead.
• Support nutrition and hydration needs.
• Assist with medication administration and management.
• Help with domestic duties and housekeeping tasks.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Liaise with management regarding care needs.
• Report concerns about health to the team and participate in meetings.
