Dove House in Worksop is seeking an experienced Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

You will assess and plan care, deliver compassionate nursing, mentor colleagues, and maintain accurate records. The home operates 24 hours with wellbeing support and opportunities for career development; NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC registration is required.
• Qualified Nurse RMN or RNLD with experience in NHS or private sector.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and promote positive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Mentor and support team members.
• Observe, record and report service user changes with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate care records and develop specialist skills.
