Hours : Flexible shifts across 7 days (weekdays & weekends) | Full-time or part-time

Pay : £14.60 – £17.99 per hour

As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one care and support for individuals with complex health needs in their own homes — ensuring each person feels valued, safe, and respected.

What You’ll Do
  • Support with personal care — washing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect
  • Provide health support, including medication assistance, mobility help, and monitoring medical conditions
  • Deliver specialist care for clients with neurological conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, or long‑term illnesses
  • Offer companionship and reassurance, supporting emotional wellbeing and engagement
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date care notes to ensure excellent communication with the care team
