Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a client in Folkestone with long‑term, in‑home care. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, person‑centered care with an emphasis on safety and wellbeing.

You will work closely with a small client group, undertaking tasks such as insulin administration, glucose monitoring, and daily activities. Full UK driving license and commitment to 12‑hour day shifts are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience.
• Full UK driving license with access to a car.
• Commit to two 12-hour shifts per week.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Insulin administration and Blood glucose monitoring
• Promote client independence and wellbeing
• Light housekeeping: cleaning, cooking, laundry
• Advocate for the client per company policies and procedures
