Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in care or home care.
• Compassionate and reliable with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts on a 1:1 basis.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support to the client at home with complex care needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor wellbeing.
• Report changes to the care team and ensure safety and dignity.
