Job summary

Independent Community Care Management Limited is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Wellingborough to provide night-time care for a spinal cord injury client. You will support ventilator management, PEG care, and airway suction assistance, ensuring comfort and safety in a home setting.

Full nurse-led training is provided; prior tracheostomy experience is preferred. The role offers a driver-not-required setup and opportunities for career progression within CCH’s care network.

What you’ll do

Supporting and caring for a spinal cord injury client throughout the night you will ensure his comfort and safety, a vital role that makes a real difference. Our client loves blogging and working in his home office, he also enjoys watching tv shows.

This rewarding role requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.

The key tasks with this role include:

• PEG support
• Suction/ Cough Assist

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Whilst you will receive full nurse led training, we are looking for a carer that has tracheostomy management experience.
