Job summary

Advantage Healthcare (AGH) within CCH is seeking caring professionals to join our Complex Care team in Nottingham. Working in clients' homes, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on complex needs, including tracheostomy and PEG care.

Day and night shifts are available, and you will build strong relationships to support safe, comfortable living at home. We provide nurse-led training, ongoing clinical support, and a pathway into senior and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a complex care role is essential.
• You will receive full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support to build on your existing knowledge and further develop your skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Support individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy and PEG care.
• Maintain safety, dignity and comfort for clients in their own homes.

Job Description

Working within a client’s home, you will make a real difference by providing high-quality care and support. Day and night shifts are available across this care package.

You will support individuals with complex care needs, which may include tracheostomy and PEG care. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate care professionals who enjoy building positive relationships and helping clients live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

You will be punctual, reliable and committed to providing consistent, person-centred care.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Tracheostomy care
• Moving and handling
• Personal care

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Previous experience working within a complex care role is essential. We are looking for confident and compassionate care professionals who already have experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs.
