CCH Group in Harwich is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a client in the community. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and accompanying the client on outings, with a focus on enabling an active lifestyle.
You will receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care and ventilation, and you must have a full UK driving licence with the ability to drive the client's manual mobility vehicle.
Shifts:9 am - 9 pm| Monday – Friday | Saturday and Sunday alternate weekends and occasional week-day cover
Driver required: A driver is essential for this role.

We are looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support a client who is actively engaged in the community. The client enjoys a variety of activities, including swimming, visiting the zoo, day trips, walking, and visiting churches.
Excellent communication skills are essential to provide effective support and help the client make the most of their social and recreational activities. If you are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy supporting an active lifestyle, this role is for you.
