CCH Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client in their home in Leighton Buzzard. You will help with their medical and social needs, build strong relationships, and promote independence in daily living.
The role includes tracheostomy and ventilation care, personal care, meal prep, and accompanying the client to appointments. Full Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support are provided.
Shifts Available:Days (08:45 - 20:45) | Wednesday - Sunday
Driver required: Yes -Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role.

You do not need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full Nurse led training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, catheter care - and much more.
A full UK driving licence is required in this role in order to drive the clients car to appointments and days out.
