Job summary

Independent Community Care Management, part of CCH, is hiring for a Complex Care role in Leicester. You will look after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs in a 2:1 package of care, including personal care, food and medication preparation and administration.

We offer full training and paid induction, DBS clearance paid, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles, with national opportunities within CCH.

What you'll do

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 packageof care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.

Qualifications

Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview:

• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment (Postural Support, Sleep Systems, Hoist, Manual Wheelchair)
