Independent Community Care Management, part of CCH, is seeking carers to support a non-verbal young gentleman with complex clinical needs in a 2:1 care package. The role involves personal care, oral suctioning, and medication administration within a compassionate team.

Shifts include days and nights, with term-time and weekend coverage. Full training is provided, DBS checked and progression opportunities exist within the care group.

• Essential clinical skills required prior to interview.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and support to a non-verbal young person with complex needs.

Job Description

What you'll do

You will be looking after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs. In this 2:1 package of care, this can range from providing personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, specialist moving and handling and regular oral suctioning due to a high aspiration risk.

Qualifications

Experience in the following clinical skills are essential prior to being selected for an interview:

• Oral Suctioning
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment (Postural Support, Sleep Systems, Hoist, Manual Wheelchair)
